GOAT YOGA AT VAIL STABLES

Goat yoga (or GOGA) at Vail Stables combines vinyasa with farm animals. Let’s set the scene: You’re gracefully transitioning to a plank pose and suddenly, your back becomes the perfect climb for a baby goat. Many visitors also just relax in the class and let one cuddle on their stomach. If you’re looking for more animal fun, check out the G.O.A.T. Happy Hour to sip wine with the kids (also known as baby goats!). Learn more about Vail Stables yoga and G.O.A.T. Happy Hour.
