A day with Vail Powder Guides includes a FULL day of guided, backcountry powder skiing, free use of our powder-specific skis or snowboards , customer-centered guiding services, and an efficient and tasty lunch. We operate when conditions provide soft powder and fresh tracks. We ski 4000 acres of terrain on all aspects on the compass with open bowls, treed glades, and steeper, tighter tree skiing. We are an independently owned small business, completely unsupported and separate from nearby ski resorts. VPG guides are all about skiing as much as we can every day. On great days we can easily log 10-12 powder runs that average about 1000 ft in vertical(1200ft during better snow years). Most of our drop-offs are above timberline at 12,000 feet, granting us amazing 360′ views on sunny days. Smaller, intact groups will promote greater mobility around our terrain, and will give our skiers and riders more powder turns.
Price for 2021-2022 is $6400.00 per buyout, with a maximum of 8 people.
