April 5–8, 2023

Experience Taste of Vail, an iconic signature food and wine festival, every spring. Meet Colorado’s top chefs and vintners as you sip and sample your way through a classic mountain resort town. It’s not just tasting, however. You can take educational classes around topics like the history of tequila or watch bartenders face off over cocktail making.

June 16–17, 2023

Meet more than 50 Colorado brewers — from Odell Brewing Co. to Wibby Brewing, Ratio Beerworks and more — at the annual Vail Craft Beer Classic. Vote for the best beer of summer and taste all manner of artisanal brews at the Grand Tasting. Live music, keg bowling and tasty eats are all part of the beer-centric long weekend.

Sundays, June 18–Oct. 8, 2023

The Vail Farmers’ Market & Art Show features everything from Colorado farmers to Colorado artists and artisans. Put on your comfortable shoes, stylish hat and bring your largest bag as you stroll down East Meadow Drive to discover all the wonders and tasty treats offered here. This summer event is for the whole family from 9:30am– 3:30pm on Sundays.

Aug. 10–12, 2023

Taste fine wine from around the world at the annual Vail Wine Classic. The event partners with Vail restaurants — from Root & Flower to Vail Chophouse — to serve up gourmet treats along with vino over the fabulous festival weekend.

Sept. TBD, 2023

Taste Colorado wines, brews and spirits with a colorful Vail in fall as your backdrop. Gourmet on Gore, an open-air food-and-drink event along Gore Creek Drive and Willow Bridge Road, features food trucks and tasting tents filled with the flavors of autumn. You can pair sweet or savory bites with an assortment of sips or sign up for ticketed specialty events.

Sept. 8–10 in Lionshead; Sept. 15–17 in Vail Village

Grab your lederhosen and dirndls — Vail Oktoberfest returns in September for two weekends of German flavors in Vail. Time-honored traditions like keg bowling, bratwurst-eating competitions and stein-lifting competitions are all part of the fun. Both weekends will feature Bavarian music, dance, endless beer, salty pretzels, all sorts of brats and, of course, strudel. Prost!

November TBD, 2023
