Join the fun at the third annual Cougar Ridge Classic 26K, a point-to-point sub-ultra trail race. Challenge your legs, lungs and mind as you climb up Vail Mountain and descend into the heart of Minturn in the middle of leaf peeping season!
New for 2026 – Cougar Club 14k
The Cougar Cub introduces a shorter race option, also on Sept. 26, that starts at Eagle’s Nest on Vail Mountain and follows the Cougar Ridge Classic course all the way to Minturn. Racers will access the start via the Eagle Bahn gondola; spectators will also be welcome to ride the gondola at that time
