Vail Jazz Festival – July 9 – September 4, 2023
Vail Jazz Festival returns this summer with Jazz at Vail Square in Lionshead on Thursday evenings, free Solaris Sunday series, and special performancea at the Donovan Pavilion.
The Vail Jazz Party returns Labor Day weekend, August 31 – September 4, 2023. The grand finale of both the Vail Jazz Festival and the beautiful Colorado summer season, the Vail Jazz Party features a jam-packed lineup with several headliners that join together to play in group performances, multi-artist jam sessions, and inspiring tributes to jazz legends. Vail Jazz Party features a House Band with John Clayton, Dick Oatts, Terell Stafford, Wycliffe Gordon, Bill Cunliffe, and Lewis Nash. With over 35 hours of jazz music, the Vail Jazz Party has cemented its reputation as the premier Labor Day weekend event!
Bravo! Vail: June 22 – August 3, 2023
The 2023 Bravo! Vail Music Festival showcases four phenomenal orchestras over the course of the summer with performances in the spectacular Ford Amphitheater. Tickets are available in reserved covered seating, or in general admission lawn seating, perfect for a picnic and a show. Smaller performances take place at intimate and unique locations throughout Vail.

Vail Dance Festival – July 28 – August 7, 2023
For 35 years, the Vail Dance Festival has descended upon Vail, Colorado for 12 performances featuring world-renowned artists and companies, and multiple Festival Events ranging from master classes for pre-professional dancers, to Conversations on Dance, pop-up performances, and more! The Festival continues to foster unique collaborations between artists of various dance genres to push the boundaries of the art form, further cementing Vail as a major incubator for new choreography in the United States
ART IN PUBLIC PLACES & FREE ART WALK
Art in Public Places of Vail has assembled a collection of art in public places including over 60 works of art with 35 created by Colorado artists. Enjoy a free one-hour public art tour every Wednesday ( July through September ) at 11:00 a.m. at the Vail Village Welcome Center on the top level of the Vail Village parking structure. The tour winds its way through the Village with discussions of the history of the Vail Valley, the founding of Vail mountain, the master planning of the Village, and the importance of site-specific art.
