Camps for Kids
In Vail, kids camps offer an exciting blend of adventure and education, providing children with memorable experiences in the heart of the Rockies. With carefully crafted activities and expert supervision, these camps ensure a fun-filled environment where young adventurers can explore, learn, and make new friends while soaking in the natural beauty of Vail.
Vail is lucky to be home to incredible camp offerings, thanks to the Vail Recreation District. Kids will love spreading their wings for a day or week while learning new skills and having a ton of fun! Campers tailor their day by choosing from a wide variety of sports, art and science activities, or special outings, including swimming and martial arts.
A wide range of camps are available for ages 4–18 years old.
Adventure Day Camps
Kids will have a rip-roaring time and expand their sense of independence through all sorts of outdoor activities in Vail’s unique alpine setting. Engaging and inclusive environments will expand their comfort levels and give them life-long memories.
Professional coaches will help your kids dig in to mountain biking, baseball, volleyball, soccer, track and field, lacrosse, basketball, hockey, pickleball, tennis, flag football, cheerleading, golf, or gymnastics. A great opportunity to try something new!
Register early for camps, as they do fill up! For full details on dates, pricing, and registration, visit vailrec.com.
BRAVO! MUSIC FESTIVAL YOUTH PROGRAMS
Young music lovers can hit new high notes, both learning and teaching through the Bravo! Music Festival youth programs. The festival’s instrument petting zoo can be found at the Vail Farmer’s Market throughout the summer, presenting hands-on tutorials of all instruments in the orchestra.
