The 4th of July is an all hands-on deck weekend for many businesses in Vail. Join other locals in a little holiday weekend recovery with a community yoga class at the Lionshead Welcome Center.
Join Chelsea Winters for an all levels slower, mindful flow to help stretch the muscles and ligaments while creating space for pause. Perfect for yogis who are active, need a good stretch and grounding, those newer to yoga, or anyone nursing an injury. Enjoy gentle breathwork and short guided visualization meditation. This class will leave you feeling grounded and balanced and will end in a nice long savasana sound bath with crystal & Tibetan bowls and instruments, to relax the body and bring you into a calm, parasympathetic state. Please BYO mat, we will have a limited amount available to borrow.
