Pull the Plug on Stress: Tools to Adapt and Thrive During Uncertain Times

Location | TBD

How do we adapt and even thrive during unpredictable, crazy times like the past 2.5 years of the pandemic? While the severity of this event seems to have diminished significantly, a host of other existential threats wait in the wings to grab the headlines – and our vitality. It’s easy to be hopeless, discouraged, and exhausted. But there’s actually hope–scientifically-validated hope–in the form of a set of tools pioneered by a California research organization called HeartMath, created by Bruce Cryer.

The Vail Symposium is a grassroots, non-profit organization which provides educational programs for the Vail Valley community.  These are intended to be thought-provoking, diverse and affordable events for all.
