Mountain Grass Unit is a rising bluegrass quartet from Birmingham, Alabama, known for their high-energy performances, tight four-part harmonies, and fearless improvisation. Blending traditional bluegrass with influences from country, jazz, rock, and jam music, the band has quickly become one of the most exciting young acts in the modern roots scene.
