In the Room Where it Happened

Through his first-hand experience “in the room where it happened” and his perspective as the CEO of major institutional asset management firm, Anthony (Tony) Ryan will share the lessons learned from 2008 to the present day and the implications for the future. He will address topics including the national debt, inflation, regulation, the U.S. dollar as the international currency, public and private institutions, and norms and values.  As the U.S. government undergoes the transition of power between administrations (a process Mr. Ryan participated and helped facilitate in 2009), this program will examine the health and risks of the U.S. financial markets and institutions and features that contribute to the U.S. economy continue being the largest and most competitive in the world
