VAIL, CO – February 2025 – The Taste of Vail, one of the nation’s premier food and wine festivals, returns April 2-5, 2025, offering an unforgettable celebration of culinary artistry, world-class wines, and breathtaking mountain scenery. This year’s event will feature seven distinguished guest chefs from across the country, alongside over 20 acclaimed local chefs, bringing a diverse array of flavors to the heart of the Rockies.
This year, 58 exceptional wineries will be participating, each represented by a winemaker, owner, or top executive, providing attendees with exclusive access to some of the best wines in the world. From intimate tastings to immersive experiences, guests will have the opportunity to engage with industry leaders and discover new favorites.
Taste of Vail 2025 will feature four signature events, each offering an exclusive VIP area for an enhanced luxury experience:
- Debut of Rosé (April 2): A vibrant kickoff to the festival, showcasing the season’s finest rosé wines from top wineries. New location: The gorgeous Donovan Pavilion
- Fitch Ranch Certified Angus Beef Tasting & Chef Competition (April 3): A culinary showdown featuring top chefs competing with premium Certified Angus Beef
- Mountaintop Tasting (April 4): A one-of-a-kind tasting event at the summit of Vail Mountain, where guests can savor exquisite food and wine while taking in panoramic
- Grand Tasting (April 5): The festival’s grand finale, offering an unparalleled selection of gourmet cuisine and exquisite wines that will leave attendees eagerly anticipating next year’s event.
Additionally, Taste of Vail 2025 will feature six engaging seminars covering topics such as Napa, Paso Robles, Blind Tastings, and more, with details being announced this week.
The festival will also include a spectacular Opening Dinner Wednesday, April 2 from 6:30-8:00, featuring four renowned chefs:
- Executive Chef Joshua Marshall from the Sonnenalp
- Executive Chef James London from Chubby Fish, Charleston
- Executive Chef Alex Seidel from Mercantile Dining and Provision in Denver
- Executive Chef Melissa Perello from Octavia, San Francisco
