Creekside Dinner Series:
Bringing back a seasonal summer favorite with a new twist, the Creekside Culinary Series invites guests to experience an unforgettable al fresco dining experience along Gore Creek. Featuring a reimagined menu from new Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy and the talented culinary team at Grand Hyatt Vail, guests will enjoy a multi-course gourmet dinner with exquisite wine pairings. The experience will begin at 5:30 p.m. with an aperitif and dinner to follow at 6:00 p.m. Held on the Creekside Terrace August 19 and September 16, this intimate dining experience seats 20 and is available at $150 per person.
Gessner Restaurant and Bar:
Gessner, the resort’s signature restaurant, invites guests to experience locally inspired, elevated mountain cuisine. Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy and the culinary team present an all-new menu for the summer season inspired by the beauty of the mountain valley with a focus on utilizing sustainably sourced proteins and produce, while partnering with local artisan purveyors. Standout dishes include Colorado Striped Bass served with summer succotash, bacon and fava bean puree; Bison Burger with caramelized onion and bacon jam, Swiss cheese toasted brioche bun and a choice of Hanger Steak, Ribeye, Elk Loin and Pork Chop all Colorado locally sourced. Gore Creek Market:
Offering fast casual light bites and made-to-order heartier fare, the Gore Creek Market offers guests the perfect way to prepare or recover from a day in the Rockies. Featuring a variety of menu items with locally sourced ingredients, guests can choose from either a timely grab-and-go option or can enjoy their meal in the market while watching a favorite sports team on one of three 75-inch flat-screen televisions or play Xbox games in the attached entertainment room. Menu highlights include made-to-order breakfast bagels and smoothies; 16” pizzas on homemade dough, grab-and-go sandwiches and salads.
