The FIVE Best Brunch & Breakfast Places in Vail, Colorado

The jury is out on whether breakfast is the most important meal of the day; however, there’s no question that it can be one of the most memorable meals of the day in Vail, Colorado. Whether you’re looking for something quick and easy, hearty portion sizes, or unique interiors to enjoy a bite or beverage, read on for the Town of Vail’s five favorite places for brunch and breakfast.

Vintage

Address: 12 Vail Rd #100, Vail, Colorado 81657
Phone: (970) 479-0175
Brunch Hours: Friday-Monday 8:00am-2:00pm

As the saying goes, “Brunch without a drink is just late breakfast.” Vintage is a local brunch restaurant that embraces this by offering a wide variety of beverages for its guests, including the Walk of Shame, one of four champagne-inspired cocktails on the Brunch-specific menu.

Owner Brodie Broderick explained that he initially decided to offer brunch because no other location in Vail was doing it at the time of the restaurant’s opening, which was back in 2015. Though the competition for restaurants with brunch food may have increased since then, Vintage boasts a vibrant and bustling scene and is considered one of the best brunch restaurants to visit.

For those looking for a boozy brunch spot, the menu also includes several types of Bloody Marys, specialty cocktails, and wines by the glass. Sustenance is available in both sweet and savory: Avocado toast, and the galettes—there are three versions to choose from—are popular choices, as are the various “benedicts.” If you’re on the hunt for a classic breakfast dish, this brunch place’s pancakes and Vintage American Breakfast “Mains” will hit the spot.
