Bad Kitty Lounge: Looking for a fresh new cocktail or a spin on an old favorite? This little hideaway cocktail bar is tucked down under the main drag, befitting its speakeasy decor and vibes. It’s a small place that you don’t want to miss. Check it out and try to stump the bartenders (you won’t).
AlpenRose & Pepi’s: We’ve lumped these restaurants together because they’re the place to go if you’re looking for authentic Bavarian beers, spritzer aperitifs, infamous shot boards and delicious Glühwein (hot mulled wine). The Bavarian owners will happily pour a variety of beers in these authentic locales that really hit the spot on a summer day.
Bully Ranch: The Bully Ranch Mudslide is a must, but be sure to limit your intake to no more than two of these sneakily strong frozen adult treats. They come on strong!
Root & Flower: Take your pick from an extensive bottle selection and craft cocktails in this versatile watering hole on Bridge Street. Stop by and enjoy a tasting experience or spend an evening with an old favorite.
Vail Brewing Company: Handcrafted beers satisfy the mountain-adventuring community, and Vail Brewing Company (located above Solaris Plaza) features over a dozen award-winning beers on tap to to sip on the patio or to-go. Enjoy an afternoon or evening tasting each one and find your favorite.
Fall Line Kitchen & Cocktails: Head here for speciality cocktails, wine, beer and bubbles served in a stylish restaurant featuring wide-open windows along Bridge Street.
Matsuhisa: Two words — The Gardener. Others have tried to replicate this drink but no one makes a cocktail quite like this one. Visit the mixologists at Matsuhisa to give your tastebuds a treat.
The Remedy Bar at The Four Seasons: Socialize over specialty cocktails (try the Old Fashioned with “Remedy barrel select” bourbon, luxardo cherry, orange and angostura bitters) or watch your favorite sports teams on the 165-inch TV.
