Slow down and reconnect with nature in this restorative, two-hour guided walk. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), this experience invites you to be fully present amidst the serene beauty of the alpine gardens. Through gentle, mindful invitations, you’ll explore how nature can support your health and well-being, including reducing stress, boosting immunity, and improving mood.

Betty Ford Alpine Gardens is an internationally acclaimed botanic gardens known for its alpine horticulture, education and conservation. It is the highest elevation botanical garden in North America situated at 8,200’ (2,700 m) in the central Rocky Mountains.
