Dining During COVID-19

Vail restaurants continue to work hard to offer a safe and quality experience for their visitors. You’ll find all staff wearing masks and are strict in washing high touch areas frequently. Please respect the following guidelines when dining in Vail:

  • Only members of the same household may be seated together as of November 24, 2020
  • Restaurants in Eagle County are currently at 25% occupancy
  • Masks are mandatory except when taking a bite of food or sip of drink
  • Group size is limited to 8 or less
    • If you have a large group, you’ll need to be seated at different tables
  • No mingling at other tables
  • Tables are 6′ apart both indoors and outdoors
  • Masks are mandatory for all staff

There are also plenty of take-out options if you’d like to dine outside on picnic tables found throughout the villages. You can purchase take out food and beverages and enjoy at one of the extended public consumption areas.

Public Consumption areas are open in areas of Vail and Lionshead Village. View map for locations and public bathrooms
